We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Skills:
Prior experience in sales, field sales, or tele sales is preferred.
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with high earning motivation.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM, calling tools, or sales reporting is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
