Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, sales negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepareand send quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.

• Maintain and update all leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to communicate effectively with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fresher and experienced candidate are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
