Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will actively seek new business opportunities, build relationships, and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepareand send quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures.

• Maintain and update all leads, customerinteractions, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teamsto ensure timely delivery and customersatisfaction.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up targets.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trendsto communicate effectively with clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Lead Generation.

• Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Timings 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
