Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
