ToppersNotes.com is an educational platform dedicated to helping students excel in competitive and academic examinations through high-quality books, study materials, and learning resources. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents while driving sales of our educational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding ToppersNotes books and educational products.

• Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable books and study materials.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively.

• Convert inquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an added advantage.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Customer Support, or Sales will be preferred.
