About the Company:Shubhzone.shop is a new and rapidly growing e-commerce platform dedicated to providing an excellent shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tele-sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer base.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers by making outbound calls from a provided database.Clearly explain the features and benefits of the Shubhzone.shop platform and its subscription/membership plans.Answer customer questions and persuade them to purchase our services/subscriptions.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Maintain a detailed record of all calls and sales in an Excel sheet or CRM.Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.Required Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and diligent.Mandatory: Must have your own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.What We Offer:A competitive fixed monthly salary.Attractive performance-based incentives for achieving targets.The flexibility of a fully remote (Work from Home) role.A great opportunity to learn and grow with an early-stage startup.
