We are expanding our sales team to manage incoming hot leads, explain our business model, and help clients onboard successfully.
We are hiring friendly, Marathi-speaking professionals with strong sales or customer relationship experience to handle inbound leads, conduct WhatsApp video demos, and convert interested customers into successful product installations.
This is a relationship-based sales role, not cold calling. Leads are provided by the marketing team through WhatsApp and social media campaigns.
Contact new leads shared by the marketing team and introduce the product.
Share product brochure, photos, and demo videos on WhatsApp.
Conduct 20–30 minute video demo calls to explain the business model and ROI.
Guide customers through the booking, payment, and delivery process.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-delivery to ensure registration and onboarding.
Build strong, trust-based relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Record all activities, follow-ups, and updates in CRM / Google Sheets daily.
Fluent in Marathi (mandatory); Hindi and English are an advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
Comfortable handling customers on phone and WhatsApp video calls.
Friendly, patient, and confident communicator.
Basic computer and mobile app knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
Must have a smartphone and laptop.
Leads Contacted = 100 per week (Ensure all new leads are engaged quickly)
Demo Calls Conducted = 25 per week (Build trust and explain product model)
Sales Booked = 8–10 per week (Maintain conversion and revenue target)
Post-Sales Follow-ups = 20 per week (Ensure smooth activation and customer satisfaction)
Response Time = Within 5 min of lead assignment (Speed to lead improves conversion)
Reporting Accuracy = 100% (Maintain complete CRM updates)
