We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good knowledge of real estate sales processes.

• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
