Industry: BPO / Call Center
Process: International Voice (Australia & UK)
No. of Openings: 15+
Location: Nandini Layout, Bangalore

🕘 Shift Timings:
4:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Australia / UK Shift)

📅 Working Days:
5 Days Working | 2 Days Week Off

🎯 Experience Required:
Minimum 1+ year of prior Call Center / BPO experience (Inbound or Outbound – Mandatory)

🗣 Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience handling international customers
• Strong confidence in voice process
• Customer-focused and professional attitude

💼 Role Overview:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (New Zealand & Australia), resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
