Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to customers. The candidate will identify client needs, provide suitable insurance solutions, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals
Explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage details to clients
Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer records
Follow up on leads and inquiries
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
