Real One Homestates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Gurgaon. The role involves handling leads, understanding client requirements, arranging property site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for sales.
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Follow up on sales leads generated by marketing campaigns and other sources
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
Negotiate property deals and successfully close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with current real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales activities
0–1 year experience in real estate sales or field sales (Freshers can apply)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits
