Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact prospective customers to promote products/services.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers, turning interest into actionable leads.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
CRM Data Management: Accurately log call notes, customer interactions, and update client information.
Follow-ups: Nurture potential clients through consistent follow-up calls.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly KPIs, including call volume and qualified leads generated.
