We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive (Bengali Speaking) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote company products and services.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly in Bengali.

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call logs, lead status, and sales records in the system.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Collaborate with the team to improve overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation (Any stream)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support or Sales.

• Fresher candidates with excellent Bengali communication skills are also welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and influence customers over the phone.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
