Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to interact with customers over the phone, generate leads, and promote company products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products or services clearly and accurately
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
Experience in sales/customer support
Multilingual ability (English + local language preferred)
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
