Qualifications / Education and Other Requirements:
Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, along with numerical and analytical ability.
Strong decision-making skills.
Languages required: English & Hindi, or English, Hindi & one South Indian regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Flexible for day shifts (9 hours between 8 AM – 10 PM).
Comfortable working 6 days a week, with weekday offs.

Sales Executive: CTC ₹4,36,596 per annum (Fixed: ₹2,56,596 + Variable: ₹1,80,000)
Roles and Responsibilities – Sales Executive:
Identify business opportunities by recognizing potential prospects.
Sell products by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects, recommending suitable solutions.
Make outbound calls using data collected through lead generation activities and secondary sources.
Conduct daily follow-ups on existing leads and work on new leads.
Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
Training:
Initial training will be provided for a few days to help employees understand the end-to-end process.
