NextechCraft is an IT solutions company providing software, CRM, digital solutions, and technology services to businesses. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to join our team and handle software sales for international markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Introduce NextechCraft's software and IT solutions to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling, follow-ups, and online research.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales process.

• Conduct product discussions and arrange demos with interested prospects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth customer communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with international clients over the phone.

• Good spoken English is essential.

• Prior experience in international sales, software sales, IT sales, B2B sales, or telecalling will be an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

• Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic understanding of CRM and software solutions is preferred.

• Candidates who can understand business requirements and communicate professionally with clients will be preferred.

Shift Timing

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The role primarily involves calling and communicating with clients in Singapore and Malaysia during their respective business hours.
