Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident in communication, comfortable with calling, and passionate about achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining our offerings, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Explain products/services clearly to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Comfortable with outbound calling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Candidates who are comfortable with sales targets and regular calling.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
