Job Title: Telesales Executive (Holiday Packages – Char Dham Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive for our Haridwar branch, specializing in Char Dham Yatra and Uttarakhand holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads into bookings, and providing excellent customer guidance for pilgrimage tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for Char Dham Yatra and other Uttarakhand packages

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication

• Explain package details (itinerary, pricing, inclusions, etc.) clearly to customers

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper sales pipeline

• Build customer trust and provide the best travel solutions

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations

• Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Good convincing and negotiation ability

• Knowledge of Char Dham Yatra / Uttarakhand routes preferred

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)

• Sales-oriented mindset with target focus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in travel industry / tour packages sales is a plus

• Experience in telesales or telecalling

• Passion for travel & customer service

• Ability to handle pressure during peak Yatra season
