We're Hiring – Business Development Manager (Sales) Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: n25,000 – n40,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Gender: Male & Female About Us Meravilla Infra Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate company specializing in premium second homes, weekend homes, and investment properties. Preferred Industry Experience Real Estate Developers, Channel Partner Networks, Timeshare Companies, Property Consulting Firms, Wealth Management Firms, Insurance Sector. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Conduct client meetings and project site visits. • Travel to project sites every weekend to meet clients and close sales. • Negotiate pricing and close deals. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups. Required Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, target-oriented mindset, willingness to travel, and basic MS Office/CRM knowledge. Eligibility Graduate with 2–3 years of Sales/Business Development experience. Real estate experience preferred.
