Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in inside sales or telecalling is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
