Job Title: Inside Sales / Telesales Executive

We are looking for an Inside Sales / Telesales Executive to join our team at . This role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Explain product/service features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards closing sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.

• Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports for management.

• Maintain customer information and other sales data with confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 15 to 25 k , with [ fresher to 4 years ] of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role.

The position requires strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-oriented approach, confidence while speaking with customers, and the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
