Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹18000 - ₹23000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services

• Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and support requests professionally

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales opportunities

• Close sales and achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and outcomes

• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the concerned team

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

• Adhere to company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) when required

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for improvement

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
