Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and financing options.
Negotiate with customers and close sales successfully.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM software.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer support teams for smooth documentation and handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or construction sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
Good presentation and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate regulations and property documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
