Role & Responsibilities:

Analyze stock market data, trends, and financial reports

Assist in preparing research reports and advisory notes

Support investment strategy development

Monitor equity markets and identify opportunities

Coordinate with research and advisory teams

Assist in portfolio review and performance tracking

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Economics, or Management

Strong analytical and research skills

Basic understanding of equity markets and financial instruments

Good Excel and data analysis skills preferred

2️⃣ Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and handle queries

Explain advisory services and investment strategies

Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Maintain documentation as per SEBI guidelines

Coordinate between clients and advisory team

Follow up on leads and service requests

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Client-handling experience preferred

Basic knowledge of stock market

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships

3️⃣ Team Leader / Advisory Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage advisory teams

Monitor team performance and targets

Ensure compliance with SEBI norms and internal policies

Train and mentor team members

Oversee client advisory processes

Maintain quality and accuracy in research & recommendations

Requirements:

Prior experience in stock market advisory or financial services

Leadership and team management skills

Strong understanding of compliance and risk management

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field

Basic knowledge of stock market and financial instruments

Strong communication and analytical abilities

Freshers with strong interest in financial markets are welcome for junior roles
