Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Executive – Sales to drive enrollments for our flagship technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment closure, while building strong relationships with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Generate organic leads through colleges, student communities, referrals, and social media outreach.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group information sessions.
Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and course offerings.
Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close enrollments.
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing campaign insights and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Engineering students (1st to 4th year)

Career switchers aspiring to enter the tech industry
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Telugu and/or Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp conversations, and face-to-face interactions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Existing connections within engineering colleges will be an added advantage.
