We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Icici Lombard General Insurance Co Limited. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into successful policy sales. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.

• Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance product ( health, motor, travel & more)

• Explain product features, benefits and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.

• Achieve & exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.

• Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationships.

• Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed salary.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience.

• Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
