•Job Description: Inside Sales Executive

Education:

Any Graduation

ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation (preferred)

MBA or any Master’s degree (preferred for experienced candidates with good communication skills)

Location:

Nikol, S.P. Ring Road, Ahmedabad

Salary:

₹13,000 to ₹35,000 per month

(For freshers: ₹13,000 fixed)

Job Timing:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience:

0 to 2 years

Job Responsibilities (Inside Sales – Automation Industry):

Daily IndiaMART & TradeIndia inquiries handle karna (product details, pricing & follow-up).

PLC, HMI, Drives, Sensors & other automation products ka basic knowledge (training provided).

Customers ko product information, quotations & offers email se send karna.

Sales team ke liye follow-up calls karna & customer requirements note karna.

Existing customers ke saath relation maintain karna & new leads generate karna.

Quotation follow-up, order confirmation, invoice & dispatch coordination karna.

Daily reporting (inquiries handled, follow-ups & quotations sent).

Key Requirements (Must Have):

Basic English understanding

MS Excel, MS Word & basic computer knowledge

Email communication skills

Good verbal communication

Desired Skills:

IndiaMART & TradeIndia portal experience (for experienced candidates only)
