Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Associate
Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales-related interactions, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls while meeting assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and understand customer requirements
Convert leads into sales through timely follow-ups and effective closing
Make outbound calls to nurture leads and address customer concerns
Resolve existing customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Complete KYC verification for new and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic computer knowledge
Sales-oriented mindset and customer-handling skills
Ability to meet or exceed targets
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience:
0–2 Years.
