About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Skald Consulting LLP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, sales follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.

• Conduct sales calls to potential clients and present company services effectively.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
