Job Title: Sales & Service Associate

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Globiva,4th Floor, P S Srijan Tech Park, Plot 52, Saltlake, DN Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Pre Sales Associates. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information about products and services to support the sales journey and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels.

 Engage with prospective customers and identify their requirements.

 Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.

 Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions.

 Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes.

 Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

 At least 6 months of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer service.

 Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

 Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.

 Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

 CTC: Up to ₹26,000 per month + attractive Incentives.
