Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our partners. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and—critically—maintaining an organized database using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to existing and potential partners.
Lead Tracking: Maintain a clean and organized Excel tracker for all daily calls, including lead status and follow-up dates.
Data Entry: Accurately input Partners details, feedback, and contact information into the company database.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume targets and monthly sales/conversion goals.
Reporting: Prepare simple daily work reports in Excel to show progress and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive "sales" mindset.
Excel Skills (Basic)
Must be comfortable with Data Entry.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer certification is a plus.
Attitude: Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
