Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive whose main focus will be to generate leads and convert them into actual business. This is a target-based role where consistent follow-up and communication with clients is very important. The person will be responsible for turning inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, data, references, and online sources

• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements

• Explain product details, pricing, and company offerings clearly

• Do regular follow-ups with interested clients to convert them into orders

• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into positive sales

• Maintain proper record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Coordinate with internal team (production, dispatch) for smooth order process

• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required, Gujarati preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Confidence in handling calls and client conversations

• Ability to do continuous follow-ups

• Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM
