Position: Inside Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexible)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role
First ERP Software Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers, generate sales opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound sales calls professionally.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Explain products/services and schedule demos or meetings.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and achieve monthly sales targets.
