The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and driving disbursement of personal loans. This role involves customer interaction, convincing skills, understanding loan products, and working closely with internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Conversion
Source customers for personal loans through cold calling and digital leads.
Explain product features, loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Convert leads into applications by providing end-to-end guidance to customers.
Follow up with potential borrowers to ensure timely completion of the loan process.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Assist customers in completing forms, uploading documents, and KYC verification.
Maintain strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets assigned by the company.
