Job Responsibilities
Generate business leads through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
Regularly check and respond to new buyer inquiries from IndiaMART.
Contact customers via call, WhatsApp, and email to understand requirements.
Share product details, quotations, and catalogs with clients.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
