Job Description:

Fast Credit Finance Private Limited is hiring Tele Sales Executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) processes. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, customer engagement, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets with attractive incentive earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan & OD products

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into successful disbursements

• Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approval processes

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain customer confidentiality

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher & experienced candidates can apply)

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English is a plus)

• Sales-oriented mindset with strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Comfortable with calling and follow-up processes
