We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (IT )

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Company: Adgion Technology Pvt Ltd

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Experience: 2–5 Years in IT / SaaS Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell Synqer services including WhatsApp API, AI Chatbot, RCS messaging, Bulk SMS, and automation solutions. The candidate should be strong in field sales, client meetings, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and close deals for Synqer (WhatsApp API & AI solutions)
Conduct client visits, demos, and presentations
Handle end-to-end client onboarding and account management
Understand business needs and pitch automation & communication solutions
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Build long-term client relationships for upselling and retention
Coordinate with technical team for smooth onboarding and delivery

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Sales
Strong knowledge of WhatsApp API, Chatbots, Bulk SMS, or CRM tools
Proven experience in client visits and deal closing
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in Hindi, English & Bengali
Target-driven and self-motivated
