Role & Responsibilities
Engage with fresh leads daily through outbound calls and convert them into successful sales.
Conduct proactive and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:
Strong communication and sales skills.
Minimum 6 Month expertise in sales is mandatory.
Fluent in English Communication Skill
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Compensation Details
Fixed CTC for the role is in between 1.5 L to 1.8 L (Depending on the experience).
Additional Details
Training and Support: 5 Days training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in the product, followed by 2 days of On Job Training.
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (May change basis process requirement)
