Job Description

We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for the RBL Bank process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting debit/credit card products, generating sales, and handling upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and sell debit & credit card products.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to customers.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure proper follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Sales.

• Education: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.

• Versant: Level 4 mandatory.

• Age: Up to 35 years.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹25,000/month

• Take Home: Up to ₹21,500/month

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Salary Credit: 5th of every month

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Week Off: Sunday fixed
