In this role, you will interact with job seekers through various online job portals and assist them in choosing the right resume services to enhance their job search. This is a non-target-based role ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

 Communicate with job seekers via online job portals (like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

 Promote resume writing and related career services offered by the company

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages

 Maintain and update lead records on a regular basis

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

 Address basic queries related to resume services and follow up when needed

 Maintain a professional and helpful attitude during client interactions Skills & Requirements:

 Good communication skills (spoken and written)

 Basic knowledge of resume formats and job search trends is a plus

 Comfortable working with computers and internet tools

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales/customer service preferred

 Should be punctual, reliable, and well-organized
