Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Global Mobility / Immigration

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and closure-focused Inside Sales Executive to join Bhugoal’s growing global mobility team. The role involves engaging inbound leads, understanding their immigration and overseas career goals, pitching relevant services, and converting leads into paying clients with strong ownership of sales targets.

Candidates with prior experience in immigration, overseas education, or global mobility consulting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM in a timely manner. Qualify leads by understanding their profile, goals, eligibility, and preferred destination countries Clearly explain Bhugoal’s immigration and global mobility services (visa guidance, documentation support, country-specific pathways, etc.)

Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward the right solution

Drive lead-to-closure conversions and consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Follow up rigorously to move leads through the funnel and maximise conversion rates

Maintain accurate lead updates and activity logs in the CRM

Requirements

6 months – 2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales

Prior experience in immigration, overseas education, study abroad, or global mobility consulting is strongly preferred

Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills in English (Hindi preferred)

Strong ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right offering

Highly target-oriented with a proven drive to achieve and exceed sales numbers

Comfortable working in a high-volume calling and conversion-focused environment

Basic understanding of major immigration pathways (study, work, PR, etc.) is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in selling immigration or overseas career services

Strong closing ability with a track record of converting leads into sales

Knowledge of popular destination countries and visa categories

Ability to handle objections related to cost, timelines, and eligibility

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
