We are looking for a Credit solutions to join our team at Creditfinservices. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele-Calling:
Contact potential clients to introduce financial products and services.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly tele-calling targets.
Loan Sales:
Explain various loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to clients.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and submitting necessary documentation.
Track application progress and ensure timely loan disbursal.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Finance & Administrative Support:
Evaluate client financial profiles to assess loan eligibility and repayment capacity.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare reports on sales, applications, and loan performance metrics.
Address client queries and resolve issues related to loans and payments.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
