Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Club Malwa Private Limited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's shirt products, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients to promote shirt products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
