📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
🕒 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or telesales and possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound sales calls to promote products/services

• Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Provide excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Tele-Sales / BPO Sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and close deals

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment
