Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will handle inbound leads and communicate with customers interested in buying carpets. No lead generation is required. The role is purely focused on speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and closing carpet sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads related to carpet inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer requirements such as size, design, color, and budget
Recommend suitable carpet options from our collections
Explain carpet features, material, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines
Follow up with customers to close carpet sales
Maintain customer records and update sales status in the system
Coordinate with the operations team for carpet orders and deliveries
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good spoken English (must-have)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, polite, and professional speaking style
Interest in home décor / carpets is a plus
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer support is preferred
