Job Description:

We are hiring Direct Sales Executives (DST) for gold loan products. This is a field sales role requiring candidates to generate leads and acquire customers from the open market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and source gold loan business through field sales

• Conduct market visits and interact with potential customers

• Explain product features and close sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build customer relationships for repeat and referral business

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

• Provide daily activity reports to the reporting manager

Candidate Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / loan sales

• Experience in gold loan / personal loan / LAP preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to travel for field work

• Target-oriented mindset
