Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our products/services over phone calls, and converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.

• Pitch & Explain: Effectively present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospects.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and build long-term customer relationships.

• Data Tracking: Keep accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.

• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or inside sales is preferred (freshers with good communication are also welcome).
