Biorxy Pharma is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to promote our hair care product range, engage with prospective customers, generate sales, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Explain the features, benefits, and usage of Biorxy Pharma's hair care products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Generate sales by converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Follow up with leads, previous customers, and pending inquiries.
Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM or company system.
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and customer support teams to ensure timely order processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies.
Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
