Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, conducting site visits, explaining projects, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.

Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Generate leads through various sources and conduct regular follow-ups.

Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience can also apply.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Willingness to build a career in Real Estate Sales.

Prior experience in real estate/property sales will be an added advantage.
