# Customer Sales Representative (Remote)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission

## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a passion for sales and customer acquisition.

## Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls and online channels.

• Explain company services and solutions professionally.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records.

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer acquisition strategies.

## Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer handling and persuasion abilities.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
